Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu
Trong ứng dụng Android hoặc iOS, mở Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản, rồi xác minh lại danh tính. Nếu không còn dùng được ứng dụng, gửi email tới contact@ndfamily.net với tiêu đề “Xóa tài khoản Cảm Âm”. Nêu tên đăng nhập, email hoặc phương thức đăng nhập đã dùng và cho biết muốn xóa riêng Cảm Âm hay cả tài khoản chung ndfamily. Chúng tôi sẽ hướng dẫn xác minh quyền sở hữu trước khi xử lý. Không gửi mật khẩu, mã OTP, khóa khôi phục hoặc thông tin thẻ.
Dữ liệu được xử lý
Xóa trong ứng dụng xóa thành viên, phiên đăng nhập và bằng chứng xác minh thuộc Cảm Âm, cùng tiến độ trên thiết bị thực hiện. Tài khoản chung ndfamily, định danh đăng nhập và dữ liệu của ứng dụng khác không bị xóa theo thao tác này. Hãy yêu cầu riêng qua email nếu muốn xóa tài khoản chung; đội hỗ trợ sẽ xác nhận phạm vi với bạn.
Tiến độ hiện không đồng bộ lên máy chủ. Bản sao đã xuất và dữ liệu trên thiết bị khác không tự bị thu hồi. Các bản ghi thuê bao Apple/Google Play, thao tác mua và quyền Developer thuộc thành viên Cảm Âm cũng được xóa khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu ứng dụng. Việc này không xóa hồ sơ do Apple/Google Play quản lý, không hủy thuê bao tại cửa hàng và không xóa hồ sơ tài khoản chung hoặc dữ liệu ứng dụng khác. Nhật ký vận hành và bản sao lưu có quy trình lưu giữ riêng và không được xóa tức thời cùng thao tác trong ứng dụng. Liên hệ hỗ trợ để được giải thích dữ liệu nào còn được giữ và lý do đối với yêu cầu cụ thể.
Xóa tài khoản không hủy thuê bao. Hủy trong Google Play trên Android hoặc phần Đăng ký của Apple trên iOS.
Request account and data deletion
In the Android or iOS app, open Settings → Account → Delete account and verify your identity again. If you cannot access the app, email contact@ndfamily.net with subject “CamAm account deletion”. Include the username, email or sign-in method you used and specify whether you want to delete only Cảm Âm or the shared ndfamily account. Support will explain how to verify ownership before processing. Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery keys or card details.
Data scope
In-app deletion removes Cảm Âm membership, sessions and verification proofs, plus progress on the device performing the operation. It does not delete the shared ndfamily identity, login identifiers or other apps’ data. Request shared-account deletion separately by email; support will confirm the scope with you.
Progress is not currently synchronized to a server. Exported copies and data on other devices are not automatically recalled. The app database also deletes the Apple/Google Play subscription records, purchase operations and Developer access grant linked to that Cảm Âm membership. This does not erase records managed by Apple/Google Play, cancel store subscriptions, or delete shared-account records or other apps’ data. Operational logs and backups follow separate retention procedures and are not erased immediately by in-app deletion. Ask support which records remain and why for your specific request.
Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through Google Play on Android or Apple’s subscription settings on iOS.
