Quyền riêng tư
Khi bạn sử dụng Cảm Âm
Cảm Âm là ứng dụng luyện tai trong hệ sinh thái ndfamily. Bạn có thể học các chặng miễn phí mà không đăng nhập. Trên iOS có đăng nhập Apple hoặc Google; trên Android có đăng nhập Google hoặc tài khoản NDFamily hiện có bằng tên đăng nhập/email và mật khẩu NDFamily. Khi đăng nhập, dịch vụ xử lý mã định danh nhà cung cấp, email được cung cấp hoặc email chuyển tiếp riêng tư, thông tin xác thực và dữ liệu phiên để nhận diện tài khoản, bảo vệ phiên và cung cấp quyền truy cập phù hợp. Cảm Âm không nhận mật khẩu Apple hoặc Google của bạn và không yêu cầu quyền đọc Gmail, Drive, danh bạ hoặc lịch Google.
Tiến độ luyện tập, lịch sử câu trả lời và vị trí học hiện được lưu trên thiết bị theo tài khoản; chưa đồng bộ lên máy chủ. Bạn có thể chủ động xuất hoặc nhập bản sao tiến độ. Khi dùng chức năng chia sẻ, dịch vụ đích do bạn chọn sẽ xử lý tệp theo chính sách riêng của họ. Âm thanh bài luyện được tạo để phát trên thiết bị; Cảm Âm không cần ghi âm micro để thực hiện các bài luyện hiện có.
Khi bạn mua hoặc khôi phục gói nâng cao, Apple xử lý thanh toán trên iOS; Google Play xử lý thanh toán trên Android. Cảm Âm và ndfamily xác minh thông tin giao dịch, sản phẩm, thời hạn, tình trạng thu hồi và mã liên kết tài khoản để cấp hoặc cập nhật quyền học; chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thẻ thanh toán từ Apple hoặc Google Play. Một bản quyền truy cập có thời hạn có thể được lưu an toàn trên thiết bị để hỗ trợ sử dụng khi không có mạng; quyền nâng cao cần xác minh trực tuyến định kỳ.
Mật khẩu NDFamily chỉ được gửi qua HTTPS tới dịch vụ NDFamily để xác thực. Cơ sở dữ liệu tài khoản lưu bản băm mật khẩu có salt thay cho mật khẩu dạng rõ. Ứng dụng không lưu mật khẩu NDFamily; ứng dụng lưu mã phiên để duy trì đăng nhập. Đây không phải mật khẩu Google hoặc Apple.
Quảng cáo và lựa chọn quyền riêng tư
Cảm Âm sử dụng Google Mobile Ads và User Messaging Platform để hiển thị banner và quản lý lựa chọn đồng ý áp dụng. Banner vẫn có trong gói miễn phí, thuê bao nâng cao và quyền truy cập do nhà phát triển cấp. Việc có quảng cáo thực tế phụ thuộc kết nối mạng, lựa chọn quyền riêng tư và nguồn quảng cáo.
SDK quảng cáo có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP và vị trí khái quát suy ra từ IP, mã định danh thiết bị hoặc ứng dụng, thông tin quảng cáo và tương tác, cùng dữ liệu chẩn đoán và hiệu năng theo cấu hình dịch vụ và quyền áp dụng. Google Sign-In cũng có thể xử lý mã định danh và IP để xác thực, phòng chống gian lận. Dữ liệu đăng nhập Apple/Google không được Cảm Âm tự gửi vào yêu cầu quảng cáo để nhắm mục tiêu. Ứng dụng hiển thị các lựa chọn đồng ý cần thiết theo điều kiện áp dụng; khi có yêu cầu của nền tảng quản lý đồng ý, bạn có thể mở lại tùy chọn quyền riêng tư quảng cáo trong Cài đặt. Quyền theo dõi do iOS quản lý là một lựa chọn riêng. Không suy rằng việc đồng ý một biểu mẫu quảng cáo thay thế mọi quyền hệ điều hành.
Lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu Cảm Âm
Dữ liệu tài khoản và quyền truy cập cần thiết được lưu để cung cấp dịch vụ, bảo vệ tài khoản và xử lý nghĩa vụ liên quan. Dữ liệu phiên và mã xác minh có thời hạn; bản sao lưu và nhật ký vận hành có thể tồn tại trong khoảng lưu giữ vận hành riêng. Chúng tôi không hứa rằng xóa trên giao diện sẽ lập tức xóa mọi bản sao lưu.
Trong Cài đặt → Tài khoản, bạn có thể bắt đầu xóa tài khoản Cảm Âm sau khi xác minh lại danh tính. Thao tác này xóa thành viên, phiên đăng nhập, bằng chứng xác minh, bản ghi thuê bao và thao tác mua, quyền Developer thuộc Cảm Âm cùng tiến độ trên thiết bị thực hiện; không xóa tài khoản ndfamily chung hoặc dữ liệu ứng dụng khác. Bản tiến độ bạn đã tự xuất hoặc dữ liệu còn trên thiết bị khác không tự bị thu hồi. Để yêu cầu truy cập, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu của hệ tài khoản chung, liên hệ contact@ndfamily.net; chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu xác minh danh tính.

Privacy
When you use Cảm Âm
Cảm Âm is an ear-training app in the ndfamily ecosystem. You can study the free stages without signing in. iOS supports Apple or Google sign-in; Android supports Google sign-in or an existing NDFamily account using its username/email and NDFamily password. When you sign in, the service processes the provider identifier, supplied email or private relay address, authentication information and session data to identify your account, protect sessions and provide the appropriate access. Cảm Âm does not receive your Apple or Google password and does not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or Google Calendar.
Learning progress, answer history and your current position are currently stored on your device separately for each account; they are not yet synchronized to a server. You may choose to export or import a progress backup. When you share a file, the destination you choose handles it under its own policy. Lesson audio is generated for playback on the device; the current exercises do not require microphone recording.
Apple processes iOS payments and Google Play processes Android payments when you purchase or restore the Advanced plan. Cảm Âm and ndfamily verify transaction, product, expiry, revocation and account-linking information to provide or update learning access. We do not receive payment-card details from Apple or Google Play. A time-limited access record may be stored securely on the device for use without a connection; advanced access requires periodic online verification.
Your NDFamily password is sent over HTTPS to NDFamily for authentication. The account database stores salted password hashes instead of plaintext passwords. The app does not save your NDFamily password; it stores session tokens to keep you signed in. This is not your Google or Apple password.
Advertising and privacy choices
Cảm Âm uses Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform for banner advertising and applicable consent choices. Banners remain in the free plan, Advanced subscription and developer-granted access. Actual ad delivery depends on connectivity, privacy choices and ad availability.
The advertising SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or app identifiers, advertising and interaction information, and diagnostic and performance data, according to the service configuration and applicable permissions. Google Sign-In may also process identifiers and IP addresses for authentication and fraud prevention. Cảm Âm does not itself send Apple or Google sign-in information in ad requests for targeting. Google's practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy and in its SDK data-disclosure documentation.
The app presents required consent choices where applicable. When the consent platform requires it, you can reopen advertising privacy options in Settings. Tracking permission managed by iOS is a separate choice; accepting an advertising form does not replace every operating-system permission.
Retention and deletion for Cảm Âm
Necessary account and access data is retained to provide the service, protect accounts and meet related obligations. Session and verification records have expiry periods; operational logs and backups may remain under their own retention arrangements. Deletion in the interface does not promise immediate erasure of every backup.
In Settings → Account, you can initiate deletion of your Cảm Âm account after verifying your identity again. This removes the Cảm Âm membership, sessions, verification proofs, app subscription records, purchase operations and Developer access grant, together with progress on the device performing the operation. Store-managed payment records and store subscriptions are unaffected. It does not delete the shared ndfamily identity or other applications' data. Previously exported backups and data on other devices are not automatically recalled. To request access, correction or deletion of shared-account data, contact contact@ndfamily.net; identity verification may be required.
Deleting your Cảm Âm account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple's subscription settings. Contact contact@ndfamily.net for support and privacy requests.
Android và Google Play
Trên Android, đăng nhập bằng Google hoặc tài khoản NDFamily hiện có trước khi mua hoặc khôi phục. Google Play hiển thị giá, tiền tệ, kỳ hạn và điều kiện trước khi xác nhận; quản lý hoặc hủy trong Google Play → Thanh toán và gói thuê bao → Gói thuê bao. Xóa ứng dụng hoặc tài khoản không hủy gói. Hỗ trợ thanh toán và hoàn tiền theo quy trình của cửa hàng đã mua. Không cần gửi mật khẩu hoặc mã xác thực cho chúng tôi.
Android and Google Play
On Android, sign in with Google or an existing NDFamily account before buying or restoring. Google Play shows the price, currency, period and applicable conditions before confirmation. Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Removing the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Contact the store of purchase for payment and refund procedures. Never send us passwords or verification codes.
