Gửi yêu cầu tới contact@ndfamily.net. Nêu phiên bản Cảm Âm, phiên bản Android hoặc iOS và các bước gặp lỗi. Không gửi mật khẩu, mã xác minh, thông tin thẻ hoặc tệp tiến độ có dữ liệu cá nhân khi chưa cần thiết.
Mua và khôi phục
Dùng Khôi phục trong màn hình gói học khi đăng nhập đúng tài khoản Cảm Âm đã mua. Thuê bao mở chặng 6–18; banner vẫn còn. Quản lý hoặc hủy thuê bao trong phần đăng ký của Apple. Xóa ứng dụng hay tài khoản không tự hủy thuê bao.
Dữ liệu và tài khoản
Tiến độ lưu riêng trên thiết bị, chưa đồng bộ lên máy chủ. Có thể xuất bản sao trong Cài đặt. Để xóa tài khoản Cảm Âm, mở Cài đặt → Tài khoản và xác minh lại danh tính; thao tác không xóa tài khoản ndfamily hoặc dữ liệu ứng dụng khác. Gửi yêu cầu về dữ liệu tài khoản chung tới email hỗ trợ.
Contact support
Email contact@ndfamily.net with your Cảm Âm version, Android or iOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or personal progress files unless needed.
Purchases and restoration
Use Restore on the learning-plan screen while signed into the Cảm Âm account used for purchase. A subscription opens stages 6–18; banners remain. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.
Data and accounts
Progress is stored on this device and is not synchronized to a server. Export a backup in Settings. Delete your Cảm Âm account through Settings → Account after identity verification; this does not delete your shared ndfamily identity or other apps’ data. Contact support for shared-account data requests.

Android và Google Play
Trên Android, đăng nhập bằng Google hoặc tài khoản NDFamily hiện có trước khi mua hoặc khôi phục. Google Play hiển thị giá, tiền tệ, kỳ hạn và điều kiện trước khi xác nhận; quản lý hoặc hủy trong Google Play → Thanh toán và gói thuê bao → Gói thuê bao. Xóa ứng dụng hoặc tài khoản không hủy gói. Hỗ trợ thanh toán và hoàn tiền theo quy trình của cửa hàng đã mua. Không cần gửi mật khẩu hoặc mã xác thực cho chúng tôi.

Android and Google Play
On Android, sign in with Google or an existing NDFamily account before buying or restoring. Google Play shows the price, currency, period and applicable conditions before confirmation. Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Removing the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Contact the store of purchase for payment and refund procedures. Never send us passwords or verification codes.
Request deletion of your Cảm Âm account and data.
